Shipping Times and Costs

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 days of placing an order. For pre-ordered items, please note that processing times are longer due to the nature of pre-sales. The estimated shipping date for pre-orders will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and the selected shipping method. 
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method and will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available. Be aware that international orders may face delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
  • All international shipping fees, duties, or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

  • We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so.
  • Items must be returned unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Pre-Order Items

  • Items available for pre-order will have an estimated shipping date noted on the product page. Please be aware that this date is an estimate and subject to change due to production schedules.
  • Pre-ordered items may have longer processing times, which will affect the overall estimated delivery time. We appreciate your patience and understanding with these orders.
